The British singer-songwriter from Bristol released <strong>Derwent Waters Saint<\/strong> in 2006 on the Invada Records label (the label of Sleafod Mods, among others), the album was produced by Adrian Utley, the guitarist of the band Portishead&#8230; in this league it continued. <strong>Joe Volk<\/strong> became better known as the singer, guitarist and (co)songwriter of Crippled Black Phoenix. After leaving the band, different solo and collaborations followed: the second solo album <strong>Happenings and Killings<\/strong> was released in 2016 and marked the beginning of the collaboration with <strong>Glitterhouse Records<\/strong>. <strong>Primitive Energetics<\/strong> followed in 2020, which was now released under the band name <strong>Joe Volk + Naiare.<\/strong>    <\/p>\n\n<p>The band&#8217;s sound combines bass runs with electronics, slow build-up of tension lets you dive in and get carried away &#8211; <strong>Joe Volk + Naiare<\/strong> prove that dark alternative rock is worth listening to at all costs.
