Savage<\/strong>, includes guitarists <strong>Joe White<\/strong> and <strong>Dougal Shaw<\/strong>, fiddler <strong>Kat Mear<\/strong>, drummer <strong>Rene Mancuso<\/strong>, keyboardist <strong>Roshan Khozouei<\/strong> and bassist <strong>Nick Finch<\/strong>. Celebrated as an icon of the music and queer community in her hometown of Melbourne, <strong>Cash Savage<\/strong>, criticizes the patriarchy in her lyrics, shares her negative experiences as part of the LGBTQ community, and combines these lyrics with calm tones in which <em>&#8220;a certain amount of wildness is nevertheless always present.&#8221;<\/em> This wildness is not only evident in her albums <strong>One of Us<\/strong>(2016) or <strong>Good Citizens<\/strong> (2018), but also and especially in her live performances, where she spreads her very own version of rock&#8217;n&#8217;roll.
